Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped Regular Ground unless you require an expedited shipment. For an expedited shipment, the service type must be marked appropriately on the e-order in the corresponding shipping field. Posted shipments rates may vary due to destinations outside of North America and weight. An Accessories Representative will be happy to assist in providing you with the necessary information. Orders shipped from our warehouse in the United States are FOB Cheektowaga, NY and orders shipped from our warehouse in Canada are FOB Oakville, Ontario.
Return Information
Please contact an Accessories Sales Representative in order to obtain approval for a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) and shipping instructions, 1-800-387-7516 x 272. Items marked with an RMA# will be handled quickly and efficiently, items without an RMA# will not be accepted. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. For safety and health reasons, needle or other invasive electrodes cannot be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
